Menu for Week of July 2nd

Excited to start freezing meals for after baby comes. Love how it doesn't take much extra effort since I will already be making the food for dinner that night. The only things on my Menu that I have not made yet are the Muffins, Broccoli Cheese Soup, and Sweet and Sour Meatballs. Any ideas what to make next week?


Monday:
B- Cereal
L- Tuna sandwhiches with carrot/raisin salad and grapes
D- Slow Cooker split Pea Soup from Food.com (froze half for after baby is born)


Tuesday:
B- Cereal
L- Quesadillas, sliced apples, and veggies
D- Slow cooker Ribs (literally throw frozen ribs in the crock pot with BBQ sauce for a few hours) with veggies and mashed sweet potatoes I had in my freezer


Wednesday:
B- Oatmeal or maybe pancakes depending on how much energy I have
L- Eating with friends at a birthday party
D- Easy Brown Rice Casserole with Turkey Italian Sausage and Green Bell Pepper from Kalyn'sKitchen (will freeze half for after baby comes- tastes really good after reheated!)


Thursday:
B- Cereal 
L- Egg Salad sandwhiches or BLTs
D- Broccoli Cheese Soup from Food.com (freezing half for post baby meal)




Friday:
B- cereal or oatmeal
L- Mac N cheese possibly
D- Low Carb Chicken Enchilada Bake from Dashing Dish (once again freezing half for post baby) 


Saturday:
B- Carrot Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting from the delicious life (saw these and decided I wanted to eat them haha)
L- Quesadillas... or something similarly easy
D- Sweet and Sour Meatballs from Once a Month Mom with brown rice (seems like it will make a lot so we will probably eat this again the next day or I might freeze the sauce and not thaw half the frozen meatballs)


Sunday:
B- Leftover Muffins
L- PBandJ
D- Something easy and quick... not 100% yet since it will be right after Lillian's Birthday party
